Located in the hills outside Morro Bay this building featured varying slopes from 1:1 to 3:12 pitches. Mills Construction installed an AEP Standing Seam Roof on this building.
The Cool Weather Copper Color in Kynar offers great color and Warranty from AEP. As with all metal roofs eventually at the time of replacement all the metal can be recycled unlike a composite roof.
